How To Buy

Figure 1.

A. Visit the exCellular.co.za homepage by clicking on the logo in the top left.

B. Once you're on the homepage, use the menu options below the "CATEGORIES" or use the SEARCH function to find the product you're looking for.

A. Scroll through the results and identify the product you'd like to buy.

B. Once you've identified the product you intend to buy, click on the product.

A. Once on the product page, click on the "ADD TO BASKET" button.

B. Proceed to Figure 4.

A. Once you've added a product to your basket, click on the basket icon in the top right.

B. Now click on the "PLACE ORDER" button to begin the Checkout Process.

A. If you've already purchased with us before, fill in your login email address and password. If you've never shopped with us before, proceed to Figure 6.

B. Now click on the "LOG IN" button to log into your account.

A. Fill in the required details to create a log in account with us.

B. Now click on the "SUBMIT" button to complete the sign-up process.

A. You can change the delivery address here, add delivery instructions, and select your delivery method.

B. Now click on the "CONTINUE" button to go to the next step.

A. You can change the billing address here (invoice details), add order instructions, and select your payment method.

B. Now click on the "CONTINUE" button to go to the next step.

A. Here you can review your order details, and change what you'd like to accordingly.

B. Now click the "CONFIRM ORDER" button to go to complete the order. If you opted to pay by Credit Card, an additional step will load where you can enter your card details.

A. Once your order is successful, a unique order number will be generated for your new order.

B. If you chose to pay by Direct Deposit or EFT, you can check your email for the Bank Details to complete payment.
