We have for the moment suspended delivery to other Southern African countries which include: Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This was done temporarily so that we can find a more consistent, reliable and affordable courier solution. Are there any hidden costs to a product?exCellular.co.za tries to maintain a transparent and ethical image in all business aspects. The price of the product listed at exCellular.co.za is the full price of the actual product - there are no additional charges or fees added onto the product without the knowledge of the customer. All prices listed include VAT, so the price you see is the final price for the product. The only additional cost to an order includes delivery. Any order not paid for within the 72 hour period will be accepted by exCellular.co.za as a cancellation - and as such the order will no longer be valid. The reason for this is, when you place an order, the product you ordered is reserved, and "taken off the shelf". Furthermore, prices on the products we sell constantly fluctuate due to availability and competitiveness of the market. In the case of Credit/Cheque Card, Direct Deposit and MobiCred payments, the authorisation is immediate and no action is required on your part. But in the case of EFT Payments, please make sure your Proof of Payment is sent to us within the 72 hour period. Does exCellular.co.za have a physical branch and/or walk-in store that a customer can shop at?exCellular.co.za is a distribution-point, and as such we do not have a physical branch and/or walk-in store. All sales are conducted strictly online. Are the products sold by exCellular.co.za original, authentic and/or genuine?All products sold at exCellular.co.za, are original, genuine products. We DO NOT sell fakes, replicas or counterfeits of any sort. Are the products sold by exCellular.co.za unlocked and/or completely functional in South Africa?All products sold by exCellular.co.za are open to all carriers, and thus not locked to any specific service provider or network. In certain instances, a product may be branded by a certain carrier or distributor, for example: The boot-screen may include the logo of the respected carrier the product was sourced from. What forms of payment are accepted by exCellular.co.za?We currently accept payment via Credit/Cheque Card (VISA/MasterCard), as well as EFT or Direct Deposits. We generally discourage payment via cheque - as it takes seven working days for a cheque to clear. In the instance where a customer pays using a deposited cheque, we will require that the cheque first clears before any sort of processing takes place. How long does it take exCellular.co.za to process an order?Orders are only processed once payment is received or confirmed. Credit/Cheque Card and Direct Deposits: EFT Payments: Weekends and Public Holidays interfere with the reflection time of EFT payments, and it could take an additional 24 hours on the following business day to reflect. Sending your EFT proof of payment could certainly assist in speeding up the processing time of an order, depending on the circumstances and the proof of payment provided. What warranty does exCellular.co.za provide on products?exCellular.co.za provides a 12 month limited warranty on all products. Does exCellular.co.za accept trade-ins or purchase secondhand products from customers?Due to the high-risk nature of mobile devices, we DO NOT accept trade-ins of brand new products.
