DELIVERY POLICY
Subject to availability and receipt
of payment, requests will be processed for delivery confirmed by
way of order number. Customers are liable for use of courier /
postal services and associated costs, including optional
insurance. Should the customer choose not to select/utilize
optional insurance, any loss/damage of a handset parcel is to the
customer’s liability, and Excellular.co.za will not take
responsibility. You must not make any purchase through this site
unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions.
Once an order is placed at/with Excellular.co.za, it is deemed
that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for
such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before
making any purchase for any service through this website.
Excellular.co.za utilizes one
method of delivery:
To-door-Courier:
Delivered via Speed Services directly to an address you provide.
This method costs R150 for the first item and R25 per additional
item thereafter – excluding optional insurance decided upon
by the customer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POILICY
The provision of goods and services by Excellular.co.za is
subject to availability. In case of Unavailability,
Excellular.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days if
in such time availability could not be made possible. Order
cancellations can only be made if payment was not made by the
client. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and
any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the
original purchase. If you receive your handset defective please
contact info@excellular.co.za
immediately. If you receive your handset physically damaged, and
insurance was not placed on the delivery by the customer,
Excellular.co.za cannot be held responsible. Should the handset
be eligible for delivery insurance, please contact
Excellular.co.za immediately should the handset be physically
damaged. A handset will not be eligible for return should an
undesired color/specification not be met. The customer must
enquire as to the stock availability and specifications of a
handset before making a purchase – and as such in the case
of stock/detail/specification confirmation by Excellular.co.za,
the customer must specify the respected details to be supplied. .
